Pakistan’s pacer Shaheen Afridi rose to World No.1 ODI bowler in the latest ICC rankings. Afridi’s outstanding performance, taking eight wickets at an average of 12.62 in Pakistan’s historic ODI series win against Australia, helped him surpass South Africa’s Keshav Maharaj, now third, while Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan remains second. Afridi had previously held the top spot during the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 in India.
